POSITIVE RESULTS

Project: Managing JD's Social Media. Specially it's main account @jdsportsesExecution: When I arrived, during PEAK Season, JD's Instagram account had lost 5,586 followers in the last six months.
- In my first six months we were able to gain 5k followers thanks to my strategy (marked my first week in red in the graph).
- The interaction grew by +334% and the reach grew by +105%This meant a complete change in the digital strategy based on market trends, localization, influencer actions and covering of events, and the tone of voice used. This affected Facebook, which continued to stay positive in gained followers, and Twitter, which we started and activated.You can see the trajectory in the graph.This was while I was doing all the actions related to Digital PR and International Actions, but after those 6 months my position changed to exclusively Digital PR.Role in the project: Social Media Ex, with a Social Media Assistant and an Intern.
